What we look for
While experience in the disability sector is highly valued, we believe that empathy, reliability, and a great attitude are just as important. To join our team, you will need:
- A genuine desire to help others and champion their independence.
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- A valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- A valid Australian Driver’s Licence and a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Excellent communication skills and a reliable nature.
